An exciting opportunity exists for a Store Manager Pep Cell to lead a high-performing retail team and drive overall store success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business KPIs, boosting sales, managing costs, maintaining top-tier store standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through excellent customer service, effective stock management, strong visual store standards, and successful promotional execution.

Reduce stock loss by maintaining a positive store culture and enforcing security, stock control, and cash-handling procedures.

Manage store expenses by supporting the company’s low-cost culture and improving operational efficiencies.

Complete all store administrative tasks accurately in accordance with company policies.

Lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of Dynamos to achieve top performance.

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the store.
Job Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
-
Proficient in English.

A tertiary qualification in Business or Retail (degree/diploma) will be an added advantage.

1–2 years’ retail experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite) is an advantage.
