An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager – Pep Home to lead a dynamic retail team and drive exceptional store performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving key business targets, delivering outstanding customer service, controlling costs, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through excellent customer service, effective stock management, and strong visual store standards.

Maintain a positive store culture by implementing effective security, stock control, and cash-handling procedures to reduce stock loss.

Manage store costs by supporting the company’s low-cost culture and ensuring operational efficiencies.

Complete all store administration accurately and in line with company policies.

Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of Dynamos to achieve performance goals.

Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Job Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
-
Proficient in English.

A tertiary qualification (degree/diploma in Business or Retail) will be an advantage.

1–2 years’ retail experience in a leadership/managerial role.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite) will be beneficial.
