Affinity Life Limited is seeking experienced Telesales Callcentre Agents to sell a range of insurance products, including life, health, funeral, and dental cover. This role is ideal for driven sales professionals with a strong background in insurance telesales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote insurance products

• Professionally present life, health, funeral, and dental insurance solutions

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in long-term or short-term insurance telesales

• Matric qualification

• RE5 certification will be an advantage

• Clear criminal record
