Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 3 years bakery experience
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role advantageous
• Preferably NQF 3 Bakery qualification

• Staff Management – Lead, train, and develop bakery team members
• Administration – Manage records, reporting, and documentation
• SAP System Utilisation – Use SAP for stock management and related operational tasks
