Are you an experienced F&I Manager ready to propel your career with a leading automotive dealership? Auto Pedigree Pinetown, a part of the Motus group, is seeking a dynamic Finance and Insurance Manager with 3+ years of motor industry experience and strong regulatory compliance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor policies to maximize back-end profits and ensure legislative compliance.
- Serve as the primary representative for vehicle finance and approved financial products.
- Manage all product offerings while defining future operational requirements.
- Execute governance and compliance processes while educating customers to drive retention and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as an F&I Manager in a dealership.
- Grade 12 (Matric) certification.
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own transport.
- FAIS Fit & Proper Requirements:
- Up-to-date CPD hours, completed COB, RE5, and DOFA-compliant qualification.
- NCA Accreditation and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise: NCA, CRA, IOB exam, and regulatory compliance.
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making.
- Personal Traits: Professional, resilient, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work weekends or overtime during month-end periods.
