Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
- Ability to handle 30+ new and pre-owned units per month.
- Strong performance against targets.
- Matric certificate and NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Qualification with 120+ FAIS Credits (Legislative Requirement).
- RE Accreditation and NCA Accreditation (Legislative Requirement).
- CPD Hours up to date for all cycles.
- COB certification completed.
- Current knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and dealership policies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
