Job Overview
The Risk Business Partner is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining comprehensive regional risk management strategies that protect company assets, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and strengthen operational resilience. This role provides strategic risk leadership across the business, covering security, fraud prevention, insurance, fire and explosion safety, and business continuity, while reinforcing strong governance, ethics, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and continuously improve regional risk management strategies across all operational sites

Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and security risks to minimize losses

Lead security and fraud risk management, including physical, electronic, and procedural controls

Conduct and oversee sensitive investigations to protect assets and confidential information

Manage insurance risks and claims, optimize premiums, and support effective recoveries
-
Ensure compliance with national legislation, governance codes, and industry regulations
-
Assess, audit, and manage fire and explosion risks associated with hazardous materials
-
Develop, review, test, and audit business continuity and disaster recovery plans
-
Monitor corporate governance and ethics-related risks and escalate significant exposures

Support forensic investigations and internal audits across business functions
-
Manage risk budgets and forecasts in line with business objectives

Lead, coach, and develop the regional risk management team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Safety, Policing, or a related field
-
Advanced Risk Management Programme is an advantage
Experience
-
8 to 10 years’ risk management experience in a managerial role within an industrial or FMCG environment
-
Proven experience in occupational health and safety, environmental management, and security management
-
Strong background in investigating fraud, theft, and serious incidents, including case preparation
-
Hands-on experience in fire, explosion, and hazardous material risk management
