Job Overview
The Risk Controller is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining effective risk management frameworks and business continuity processes to ensure operational resilience across all sites. This role supports strong governance and compliance, enhances risk awareness through training and stakeholder engagement, and delivers meaningful insights through accurate risk analysis and reporting. The Risk Controller plays a key role in proactively identifying, managing, and mitigating operational risks in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise risk management policies, frameworks, and standards

Ensure consistent adoption of risk management practices across all business units

Integrate risk considerations into operational and strategic decision-making

Implement and monitor business continuity and preparedness processes across multiple sites

Coordinate and deliver operational risk projects, including digitalization of reporting tools

Compile, analyze, and report on key risk indicators, highlighting exposures and mitigation actions

Provide actionable risk insights to management to prevent operational losses and compliance breaches

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide risk guidance and ensure compliance

Support the design and delivery of risk awareness and training programs

Ensure alignment with RACM audits, TCCC KORE requirements, and corporate governance standards

Develop and maintain risk mitigation tools, procedures, and documentation
Qualifications
-
Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Professional qualification in risk management is an advantage
Experience
-
3 to 5 years’ experience in a risk management role within an FMCG environment
-
Strong knowledge of safety, health, environmental management, and corporate governance compliance
-
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive operational risk improvements
