Nursing Practitioner – Clicks Group Careers

Job Description

Job Objectives

• Build and retain a loyal client base by actively promoting clinic services to Clicks customers while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service

• Provide a comprehensive range of clinic services, including lifestyle management screenings, well-baby clinics, childhood and adult immunisations, baby health monitoring, reproductive health services, primary healthcare for minor ailments and wound care, and phlebotomy services

• Counsel and educate patients on health-related matters, weight management, and wellness, with appropriate referrals to Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals

• Ensure patient records are accurately captured, securely stored, and maintained confidentially on electronic systems, with payment received for all services rendered

• Ensure the efficient operation of the clinic through effective administration, locum scheduling, and accurate financial and stock reporting

• Manage clinic stock effectively, prevent stock loss and shrinkage, monitor cold chain compliance, and implement required safety precautions for medical supplies

• Establish and maintain professional healthcare networks to enhance the clinic’s commercial viability and service offering

• Plan, coordinate, and implement Health Days and other ad hoc initiatives to strengthen Clicks’ customer health offering

• Manage adverse events and medical emergencies professionally and effectively
