Wellness Assistant – Clicks Group
Job Purpose
The Wellness Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, providing knowledgeable advice on health, wellness, and supplement products, and supporting the achievement of healthcare sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service through strong in-store presence and proactive engagement based on health and supplement knowledge.

Consult with customers to offer appropriate advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.

Drive healthcare sales by promoting a wide range of brands through effective cross-selling and upselling to maximise profitability.

Ensure optimal stock availability within healthcare aisles by adhering to stock management principles and procedures.

Minimise wastage by applying correct stock rotation practices.

Prevent stock losses by complying with risk management policies and procedures.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment.

Support effective merchandising by following established merchandising guidelines and standards.

Adhere to all store standard operating procedures.

Maintain continuity of service by continuously developing product knowledge and sharing information with relief staff when required.
Minimum Requirements
Job Knowledge

Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplement products

Understanding of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk control

Experience
