Shop Assistant / Cashier – Clicks Group
Job Objectives

Accurately and efficiently execute all point-of-sale operations in line with store procedures.

Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise, processing payments, and applying loyalty rewards.

Ensure the safe handling of cash and adherence to all cash control measures.

Proactively promote and enroll customers into the loyalty programme to achieve participation targets.

Inform customers of current promotions to drive sales and enhance the value shopping experience.

Deliver excellent customer service by being visible, approachable, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Execute merchandising and general housekeeping duties according to store and visual merchandising standards.

Support the Group’s vision by consistently living and promoting company values.

Maintain up-to-date product, range, promotion, and event knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
