Net Revenue Manager

Purpose of the Job
The Net Revenue Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by supporting the Net Revenue Lead in tracking, analysing, and executing pricing, mix, and promotional strategies. The role focuses on optimising promotions and gross-to-net initiatives, embedding a strong PRGM mindset across the commercial team, and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and tracking of pricing and mix strategies to maximise profitable growth

  • Analyse and optimise promotional effectiveness and gross-to-net performance

  • Drive PRGM principles and best practices within the broader commercial organisation

  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure alignment between commercial strategies and financial objectives

  • Deliver scenario planning and holistic business analysis to support decision-making

  • Manage and coordinate inputs from multiple cross-functional stakeholders

  • Monitor performance metrics and provide clear insights and recommendations

  • Support continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and optimisation initiatives

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

Experience and Skills

  • 2–5 years’ experience in RGM, NRR, Finance, Sales, or Category Management within FMCG

  • Strong growth mindset with the ability to operate in a complex business environment

  • Advanced Excel skills with high attention to detail and strong administrative capability

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage workloads, deadlines, and multiple priorities

  • Experience working with cloud-based analytical and trade promotion tools such as Nielsen, Circana, DataOrbis, or Buynomics

  • TPM/TPA experience advantageous

  • Strong understanding of finance, customer, category, and channel dynamics

  • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across functions
