Direct Sales Consultant – Fidelity Vacancies
Main Purpose of the Role
The Direct Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales performance by achieving rented and new client targets through proactive field sales activities. This role focuses on selling basic alarm systems and remote panic button solutions while expanding Fidelity’s client base.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales to meet and exceed rented and new client targets

Sell basic alarm kits and remote panic button systems to new customers

Conduct cold calling and prospecting for new and rented clients

Generate leads through networking and self-sourced opportunities

Plan and execute expos, shopping centre activations, and area-specific sales drives

Achieve individual and team revenue targets

Support team members by identifying and resolving sales-related queries

Maintain accurate sales records and complete required documentation

Promote team collaboration and contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

Matric (Grade 12)
-
Minimum of 2 years’ direct field sales experience

Valid driver’s licence advantageous

Training or coaching experience advantageous
-
PSIRA registration, Grade C advantageous
