Job Purpose
The Armed Response Supervisor Bloemfontein is responsible for managing the effective deployment of armed response vehicles, supporting alarm activations, and ensuring the smooth operational functioning of each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the deployment of armed response vehicles

• Assist with responding to alarm activations when required

• Supervise shift operations to ensure service excellence and compliance

• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements

• Monitor response effectiveness and address operational challenges

• Maintain discipline, readiness, and professionalism within the response team

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Valid driver’s licence (minimum of 2 years)

• Valid firearm competency for business purposes

• PSIRA registered Grade B with Armed Response

• Clear criminal record
