Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a dedicated Security Site Manager to oversee site-specific security operations. The role ensures that all client requirements are met efficiently and professionally, managing the deployment of security officers and maintaining high operational standards in line with service level agreements (SLA).

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent

  • PSIRA Grade A/B registration, current and accredited

  • Clear criminal record with no pending cases

  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable own transport

  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in site supervision or security management

  • Proven staff management experience

  • Computer literate

  • Physically fit and in good health

  • Reside in or willing to relocate to the greater Witbank/Middelburg area at own cost

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong client relations regarding security services provided

  • Provide daily updates and liaise with Fidelity management and clients

  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

  • Manage incident, accident, and investigation reporting

  • Obtain and review statements related to investigations

  • Ensure timely posting of security officers for full site coverage across shifts per SLA

  • Monitor staff compliance with contractual requirements and maintain discipline

  • Represent the company in CCMA or Labour Court matters if required

  • Evaluate service levels and recommend improvements to clients

  • Conduct continuous site risk assessments and implement preventive measures

  • Audit and verify access registers daily and generate exception reports

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and administrative abilities

  • Effective interpersonal and client liaison skills

  • Experience in investigation techniques and report writing

  • Flexibility to work extended or variable hours as needed

  • Ability to work independently under pressure

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills
