Store Manager – Pep Vacancies

Purpose of the Position

The Store Manager is responsible for leading a store team to achieve business KPIs by driving sales performance, managing costs, reducing risks and stock loss, ensuring accurate administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and consistently high store standards

• Maintain the store image through effective merchandising, stock management, and promotional execution

• Minimise stock loss by promoting a positive store culture and adhering to security, stock, and cash handling procedures

• Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by improving operational efficiencies

• Ensure all store administration is completed accurately and in accordance with company guidelines

• Lead, train, coach, and manage a dynamic team to achieve strong performance results

• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping within the store

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification

• Proficiency in English

• A degree or diploma in a business or retail-related field will be an advantage

• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft and/or Google GSuite
