Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR processes and initiatives across the business.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver HR solutions that enhance the employee experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management.
• South African citizen, aged 18–32.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Google Suite).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license is advantageous.
