Sea Harvest is offering young, unemployed individuals the opportunity to join as Apprentices in Fitting, Refrigeration, and Electrical trades. This programme is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience, helping apprentices develop the skills and knowledge required to become competent and qualified in their chosen trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience and training in fitting, refrigeration, or electrical work
• Support skilled tradespeople in daily operational tasks
• Learn to operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery safely
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Apply theoretical knowledge in practical tasks under supervision
• Develop technical skills to achieve competency in the chosen trade
