STORE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales growth by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining world-class store standards, and implementing promotions effectively.
• Ensure optimal stock management while minimising stock loss through strong store culture and adherence to security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage store costs in line with the company’s low-cost philosophy by promoting operational efficiencies.
• Oversee all administrative tasks in accordance with company guidelines.
• Lead, train, and coach a dynamic team of Dynamos, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma in business/retail-related field advantageous).
• 1-2 years of retail experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite advantageous).
