Key Responsibilities

- Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Manage financial transactions, cash flow, and profitability with accuracy.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and risk management standards.
- Ensure store presentation, merchandising, safety, security, and housekeeping standards are met.
- Promote customer-centric service and oversee the service department.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric qualification
- Minimum of three years’ experience in retail management
