Purpose of the Role
Deliver exceptional cellular services and products to customers, ensuring their needs are met while driving profitability for the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual contract targets to maximize Business Unit profitability.
• Promote and sell contract products to enhance revenue and customer value.
• Accurately process contract applications in line with company procedures.
• Provide customer-centric service, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Demonstrate effective self-management and collaborate effectively with team members.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of contract services products.
• Understanding of risk management practices.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with Management Information Systems and SAP.
• Experience with Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy, and Vumatel.
• Credit services sales expertise.
• Deep understanding of IC policies, processes, and procedures.
• Knowledge of IC business operating models and ethical responsibilities.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Target-driven and results-focused.
