Job Description
Join Coca Cola as an Unemployed Learner Visual Merchandiser and gain structured, work-based learning that equips you with commercial skills and practical experience. You will service customers, support order processes, implement and monitor merchandising standards, and enhance brand visibility across direct and indirect customer outlets within a designated area. The role reports to the Account Developer.

Key Interactions

• Sales Team Members: Collaborate on daily tasks and share knowledge.
• Sales Account Developer: Receive guidance, training, and feedback; align with broader sales processes.
• Consumers: Understand preferences and behaviours to inform sales strategies and merchandising.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
In-Store Execution & Merchandising Excellence

• Execute daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets, meeting planned objectives.
• Implement visual merchandising standards, stock rotation, and in-store displays according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure product quality, availability, and visibility in line with RED and execution scorecard standards.
• Support and educate customers on order placement via the MyCCBA platform.
• Assist in promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
• Provide relief support as directed by the line manager.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40% pass rate).
• Grade 12 communication in English and a second language (minimum 40% pass rate).
• South African citizen between 18–35 years old.
• Unemployed at the time of appointment and not enrolled in any current learnership or full-time studies.
• Employment Equity candidate.
• No criminal or adverse credit record; must consent to verification checks.
• Availability to work six days a week.
• Driver’s license advantageous for store visits.
• Post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing preferred.

General Information

• The learnership spans 12 months, requiring a minimum of 120 credits to complete the qualification.
