Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa and a market leader in the non-alcoholic ready-to-drink sector, is seeking a skilled Team Leader CDE. This role is responsible for leading the cooler maintenance team, overseeing daily activities, ensuring efficient equipment maintenance and placement, and driving operational excellence.

Key Purpose
Lead and manage the cooler maintenance team to achieve operational goals, high performance, and compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute maintenance and repair activities for cold drink equipment and coolers.
• Maintain effective collaboration with internal and external customers.
• Coach, mentor, and lead the cooler maintenance team to improve skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workshop, promoting a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Skills, Experience & Education

Experience

• Minimum 5 years as a technician working on cold drink equipment or coolers in a bottling or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing teams.

Education

• Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration Option).
