About the Role

The BDR 2 is responsible for driving distributor performance, ensuring brand availability, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role monitors sales targets, supports trade compliance, and delivers excellent after-sales service within AB InBev.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and communicate distributor volume targets daily.
  • Ensure distributors maintain model stock levels for all brands and pack types.
  • Achieve sales KPIs within the assigned area, including pricing, availability, and visibility.
  • Conduct weekly calls with retail customers in the area.
  • Ensure sales teams are presentable and take corrective action when required.
  • Deliver effective after-sales service and respond promptly to customer queries.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels to foster customer relationships.
  • Provide timely feedback to customers and management on relevant matters.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure all trade documentation is available at all times.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Disciplined, hardworking, and results-driven.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in marketing and distributing FMCG products.
