Role Overview
As a Recruitment Officer, you will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. You will play a key role in maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and supporting bulk recruitment initiatives, particularly in high-volume environments such as call centers.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
• Post job advertisements across multiple platforms and job boards
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing recruitment needs
Screening and Interviewing
• Review CVs and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
• Administer pre-employment assessments or role-specific evaluations as required
Hiring and Onboarding
• Extend job offers and assist with negotiating employment terms when necessary
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications
• Support completion of onboarding documentation and compliance with hiring policies
• Coordinate training intakes, managing 10–20 new hires per session, scheduled twice monthly
Candidate Requirements
• 1–2 years’ experience in bulk recruitment, preferably in a call center environment
• Results-driven with strong attention to detail
• Diploma or Degree advantageous
