About the Program:
SINOGY POWER ENGINEERING PTY LTD is seeking an innovative Project Manager and Civil Engineer to design, develop, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing projects across the built and natural environment while ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, and execute construction projects from small to large scale
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data including maps, reports, tests, and drawings
• Perform technical and feasibility studies and prepare blueprints meeting specifications
• Assess risks, materials, and project costs
• Provide guidance and resolve technical challenges creatively
• Supervise and mentor staff while liaising with stakeholders
• Deliver completed structures and services for operational use
• Monitor project progress and compile status reports
• Manage budgets and procure equipment/materials
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, permits, and technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of concrete work, civil engineering, sewer, stormwater, and road construction
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
• Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals
• Project management and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional Engineer license with a BS/MA in Civil Engineering
