Temporary Customer Service Agent – Job Description
- Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures
- Provide support to customers during flight disruptions or cancellations
- Handle and safeguard confidential information while addressing complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Escalate complex or problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty
- Deliver professional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive passenger experience
Temporary Customer Service Agent – Job Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience in airport operations and ticket sales
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts as required
- Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of excellent customer service delivery
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, including proper phone etiquette
- Conflict resolution skills
