Mission
The Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of the Engine Room Program within the assigned region, delivering actionable insights and targeted commercial interventions that drive revenue growth and expand market share. The role focuses on transforming complex data into strategic direction that supports business performance and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the geo-marketing analytics roadmap, including BI architecture development, process automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Establish governance standards for regional dashboards, KPI definitions, and data management to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Drive the adoption of predictive and prescriptive analytics such as demand forecasting, acquisition and saturation modeling, and technology adoption curve analysis.
- Ensure alignment and a single source of truth across Commercial, Network, and Sales teams.
- Champion the use of advanced analytical tools including AI solutions, spatial modeling, and external data integration.
- Develop and implement geo-segmentation strategies covering urban, semi-urban, and rural markets, incorporating income indicators, demand proxies, behavioral segmentation, and device adoption trends.
- Identify and lead white-space opportunities for network expansion, technology upgrades, device penetration growth, and rural market development.
- Integrate geo-marketing insights into go-to-market strategies, localized pricing models, promotional campaigns, and channel optimization plans.
- Leverage external intelligence such as demographic insights, mobility patterns, competitive analysis, and technology trends to enhance regional strategies.
- Utilize regional analytics and Engine Room outputs to generate data-driven recommendations in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling strategic narratives for leadership decision-making.
- Influence cross-functional decisions and foster collaboration across business units without direct authority.
