Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
• Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage is within company targets
• Drive sales performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly turnover targets
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Monitor and control store expenses effectively
• Deliver world-class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures
• Conduct and supervise hanger counts
• Perform regular spot checks at the service desk and fitting rooms

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• 3–5 years’ experience managing a fashion retail store
• Proven track record in successfully leading and managing a retail team

• Computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word
• Excellent administration skills
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
• Effective leadership and motivational skills

• Sales-focused and target driven
