About the Program

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage distribution operations, including products, personnel, vehicles, routes, and customer coverage.
• Optimize fleet utilization and manage fleet operations through DRM systems.
• Ensure efficient customer service delivery, including orders, product availability, inquiries, and cash handling.
• Oversee daily operational controls, including debriefing, route scheduling, and master data management on DRM.
• Drive cost-efficient distribution while maintaining OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance for customers.
• Control manpower, TES heads, and manage team development and growth.
• Promote TPW behaviors, enforce EHS principles, and encourage a safe working environment.
• Manage daily driver reconciliations and address shortages.
• Supervise all team members, equipment, and vehicles, including crates, pallets, scales, and forklifts.
• Conduct daily stock planning and buy-out management.
• Lead a distribution team comprising Route Controllers, Drivers, Delivery Assistants across multiple routes and shifts.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Logistics Management or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience as a Distribution Manager.
• Strong leadership, people management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with DRM and VSC systems, fleet management, and crate handling.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Energetic, results-driven, team-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in coaching and performance management.
• Familiarity with employee relations, Excel, PowerPoint, and PepsiCo manufacturing and logistics practices.
