Site Manager – Fidelity Vacancies

Purpose of the Role

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations on site, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and compliance with company standards. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Manager drives team performance, implements company policies, and ensures that all site objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships and address concerns
• Manage and supervise security staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
• Oversee staff turnover and maintain optimal team levels
• Ensure proper administration and reporting across all site operations
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures
• Maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of site management and security operations

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10 or equivalent
• Previous supervisory or junior management experience
• PSIRA registered (Grade A)
• AVSEC Level 3 (Cargo)
• At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry
• DGR – Group A and CAT6 certified

Job Requirements and Attributes

• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s licence (Code 08/EB) and reliable personal transport
• Sound knowledge of disciplinary procedures with a clean disciplinary record
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
