Site Manager – Fidelity Vacancies

Purpose of the Role

The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that client needs are addressed efficiently and professionally. This role oversees security and operational management, maintains strong client relations, and ensures the smooth running of site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate risks and threats regularly, providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and service level agreements
• Maintain positive relationships with clients regarding security services provided
• Manage and oversee the response and investigation of serious incidents, including theft, armed robberies, and break-ins
• Liaise daily with Operations Management on site-related matters
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on incidents and general site activities
• Assist Operations Management and clients with special events, ad hoc requests, and investigations
• Ensure all shifts are staffed and site operations run smoothly
• Manage administration tasks and documentation related to site operations

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric Certificate
• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
• Minimum 3 years’ logistics and warehouse experience
• At least 10 years’ management experience
• Minimum 5 years’ security management experience
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management standards
• People management and leadership experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
• No criminal record
