Hybrid Sales Consultant

About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is looking for a motivated Hybrid Sales Consultant to drive sales of security solutions. This role focuses on sourcing and selling armed monitoring and armed response agreements, alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences to potential customers while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, generate, and close self-sourced sales deals
  • Follow up on leads from internal channels and telesales
  • Sell security solutions to new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and industry partners
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customers and hardware sales
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Manage all administrative duties related to sales

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of success, preferably in capital goods sales
  • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS and DSC alarm systems is advantageous
  • Matric or equivalent

Requirements & Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Internet)
  • Presentable and of sober habits
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • PSIRA Grade C (advantageous)
  • Aptitude for electronic and technical equipment, including alarms and monitoring platforms
  • Proactive hunter for new business opportunities

Performance Standards:

  • Meet and exceed revenue sales and new client acquisition targets
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with existing estate clients
  • Ensure all leads and quotes are followed up promptly
