About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a results-driven New Business Development Consultant to identify, secure, and grow new business opportunities. This role involves designing, costing, and presenting integrated security solutions to both new and existing clients, covering the full spectrum of commercial and group offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client growth and proactively increase turnover through existing and new client acquisition
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by achieving planned sales goals
  • Secure profitable new business opportunities across assigned markets
  • Conduct site surveys and personally design, cost, and propose complete security solutions
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations on time
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
  • Plan, budget, and coordinate to meet client requirements effectively
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities
  • Submit weekly and monthly management reports
  • Acquire in-depth trade and competitor knowledge
  • Ensure all contracts, quotations, and technical documentation are accurate and complete
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, including cold calling

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Post-matric qualification or equivalent
  • Senior solution sales experience in the security industry
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional and presentable at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours if required
  • Prepared to travel as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • PSIRA Grade C certification required
