Job Description
Overall Purpose:

• Prepare accurate financial reports and analyse results to support decision-making and business performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
• Minimum 3 years of analytical experience
• SAP / Listener experience advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills

Job Specification:

• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare and post monthly and weekly journals
• Reconcile and review stock accounts from valuation to GL
• Ensure all clearing accounts are balanced and cleared
• Review subsidiary ledger batches before posting
• Verify administrative documents captured in the system
• Resolve queries within departmental and business unit SLAs
• Provide telephonic and written feedback to suppliers and regional teams
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports
• Analyse monthly variances
• Review and analyse general ledger accounts
