Job Description
Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant QPB to support pharmacy operations and provide exceptional service to patients. The role requires a professional approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely handling of prescriptions and healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers professionally and maintain strict confidentiality in line with SOPs and timelines
- Administer scripts and manage related claiming or capturing procedures
- Ensure accurate and complete handling of all patient profiles
- Liaise with healthcare professionals as required
- Resolve queries and follow up on patient or prescription-related issues
Duties
- Provide customer support via telephone or other communication channels regarding medications and healthcare services
- Accurately capture scripts received at the Central Pharmacy Centre
- Manage patient profiles and prescription queries
- Assist with chronic authorizations and related processes
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary
- Perform ad hoc operational tasks as required
Knowledge
- Comprehensive product knowledge, including OTC medications
- Understanding of SAPC regulations and relevant legal requirements
- Familiarity with chronic authorization procedures and processes
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ethical work practices and compliance with pharmacy standards

- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Bilingual proficiency (English required)
