Job Description
Clicks Group is seeking a friendly and efficient Shop Assistant / Cashier X1 to provide exceptional service at the point of sale. The role focuses on accurate transaction processing, promoting the Clicks clubcard, maintaining store presentation, and delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Job Objectives

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale accurately and efficiently
• Scan merchandise and collect payments with high accuracy, including processing clubcard rewards
• Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times
• Proactively promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets
• Inform customers of ongoing promotions to enhance sales and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Deliver superior customer service as a visible and approachable brand ambassador
• Maintain merchandising standards and perform general housekeeping duties according to store and visual merchandising guidelines
• Support Clicks’ vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by living and promoting company values
• Keep updated on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers

Knowledge
