Job Description
- Make outbound calls and emails to leads
- Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Leader and Operations Team
- Participate actively in team meetings
- Handle customer queries via phone and email following company procedures
- Achieve KPIs and objectives while adhering to shift schedules and internal policies
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, providing suitable solutions
- Escalate complex issues to Team Leader
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Passionate about customer care
- Excellent typing and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Flexible with rotational shifts, including public holidays and weekends
- Positive, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Fast learner with a target-driven mindset
Required Skills & Experience
- Customer Service: 3–4 years
- Outbound Sales / Telesales: 3–4 years
- Minimum 4 years of outbound dialling experience
- Highly proficient in English
- Quiet, professional home workspace
- Windows 11 compatible laptop (15-inch minimum screen) with headset
