About the Role
Affinity Health Vacancies is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on delivering education solutions. This role combines telesales and B2B sales to drive the adoption of the My Maths Buddy program in schools across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to schools and education professionals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships over the phone
• Present and explain the benefits of the My Maths Buddy program
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Participate in monthly performance evaluations and apply feedback to improve results

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• 2–3 years’ experience in telesales, outbound, and B2B sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Located within a 30–40 minute radius from Lonehill, Johannesburg North
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Strong active listening and customer engagement abilities
• Resilient, patient, and target-driven
• Ability and willingness to learn product details quickly
• Effective time management and organisational skills

Compensation & Conditions

• Basic salary of R10,000 plus commission and performance bonuses
• Initial 3-month fixed contract with monthly target evaluations
• Training provided to ensure success in the role
