Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to present quotes and close sales
- Provide accurate quotations to both new and existing customers
- Convert quotes into successful sales while meeting monthly targets
- Engage potential clients and perform policy underwriting
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- FAIS credits (NQF Level 4) in line with regulatory requirements
- RE5 certification
- Minimum 1 year outbound contact centre telesales experience
- At least 6 months’ experience in short-term insurance within a brokerage environment
