Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct outbound calls to present quotes and close sales
• Provide accurate quotations to both new and existing customers
• Convert quotes into successful sales while meeting monthly targets
• Engage potential clients and perform policy underwriting

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• FAIS credits (NQF Level 4) in line with regulatory requirements
• RE5 certification
• Minimum 1 year outbound contact centre telesales experience
• At least 6 months’ experience in short-term insurance within a brokerage environment
