Position: Sales Agent

We are seeking a self-motivated and target-driven Sales Agent who excels in customer service and has the ability to persuade and influence. This is a commission-based role with weekly payouts.

Job Purpose:
Generate income and maximize profit by providing excellent sales and service to customers.

Key Duties:

• Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and cold canvassing, to generate revenue.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
• Engage with customers in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.

Competencies:

• Basic understanding of sales and prospecting processes (training provided in-store).
• Self-motivated with high energy and drive.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business policies and procedures.
• Confidence, courage, and personal resilience.
