Join South Africa’s leading fashion retailer as a Sourcing Coordinator and play a key role in bringing innovative and adventurous products from international markets to our stores. This role is ideal for someone with strong fashion knowledge, administrative expertise, and travel experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase finished goods efficiently and cost-effectively
• Negotiate prices, delivery dates, and styling adjustments with suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
• Assess workmanship and provide recommendations for fabric or construction changes
• Ensure critical path deadlines are met and briefs are accurately executed
• Maintain up-to-date information in the PLM system
• Apply trading instinct to grow product portfolio and maximize value
• Manage sourcing priorities and coordinate tasks with Sourcing Assistants

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience communicating and working with overseas suppliers
• Strong administrative and written communication skills
• Computer literate and systems-oriented
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred
• Previous experience managing a Sourcing Assistant
• Willingness and ability to travel abroad
