Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow traditional trade routes across all categories, achieving revenue and volume targets in line with the Annual Operating Plan.

  • Drive category development and business growth, expanding the customer base through effective negotiation and relationship management.

  • Analyze sales reports and apply insights to optimize route performance and drive continuous growth.

  • Achieve 100% customer call rate and maintain a 90% strike rate.

  • Maintain stale stock threshold below 0.5% and obtain new business according to the Annual Operating Plan.

  • Manage cash, stock, and company resources efficiently.

  • Support cost control initiatives through safe and efficient vehicle operation.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including Sales, Health, and Safety.

  • Maintain company assets, including Hand-Held Computers, vehicles, uniforms, and mobile phones, in proper condition.

Qualifications

  • 3-year Business or Commercial tertiary qualification.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an FMCG environment, with at least 1 year in a sales role.

  • Minimum 1 year of vehicle operation experience.

  • Valid Code 10 driver’s license and Public Driver’s Permit.

  • Certified Defensive Driver.
