Store Manager – Pep Vacancies
Purpose of the Position
The Store Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales growth, managing costs, reducing risks and stock loss, ensuring accurate administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance by delivering excellent customer service and upholding world-class store standards

Maintain an outstanding store image through effective merchandising, stock control, and promotional execution

Minimise stock loss by promoting a positive store culture and strictly following security, stock, and cash handling procedures

Control costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving operational efficiencies

Ensure all store administration is completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team through effective training, coaching, and performance management

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping across the store
Job Requirements

Grade 12 qualification
-
Proficiency in English
-
A degree or diploma in business or retail management will be an advantage

1–2 years’ experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role

Computer literacy, including Microsoft and/or Google GSuite
