Job Description

Truworths is seeking a QC Auditor to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys being challenged. This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards across supplier goods and processing houses while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of garments at suppliers and processing houses.
• Liaise with suppliers and Garment Technologists to address quality issues.
• Complete AQL reports in line with Truworths’ high standards.
• Monitor recurring quality issues and provide mentoring for supplier improvement.
• Capture and manage audit data accurately.
• Manage workload efficiently, including appointments and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in quality auditing within a clothing manufacturing or factory environment.
• Practical experience in clothing production and quality control.
• Code 8 driver’s license.
