Job Description

• Coordinate and provide technical oversight for aircraft and engine delivery and redelivery projects, ensuring compliance with approved work scopes, contractual obligations, and work instructions;
• Prepare and present structured project reports outlining progress, key milestones, risks, budget status, and dependencies;
• Facilitate physical inspections of aircraft or major modules and conduct records reviews as required by lessors or buyers;
• Perform due diligence audits on aircraft documentation and maintenance records when requested;
• Verify that all maintenance activities comply with contractual technical requirements;
• Maintain proactive communication with technical teams and suppliers to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, contractual terms, and project timelines;
• Keep the Asset Management team informed of all planned and unplanned maintenance activities;
• Conduct incoming and outgoing inspections of major modules in accordance with work instructions;
• Oversee technicians assigned to specific projects to ensure quality and efficiency;
• Act as the liaison between the technical and Asset Management teams;
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
• Provide support to team members to drive collaboration and achieve organisational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (Essential);
• Tertiary qualification in Mechanics, Avionics, or a related field (Advantageous);
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance planning or a technical aviation role (Essential);
• Experience with B737 aircraft, aircraft records management, aviation regulations, quality standards, and lease or engine contract administration (Advantageous);
• Familiarity with CAMO control systems and maintenance systems (Advantageous);
• Willingness to work extended hours when required;
• Willingness to travel (Essential).
