Mission
The Analyst will support product management from inception to implementation by providing financial insights, business cases, revenue analysis, rate evaluations, and recommendations on business rules. This role ensures that financial performance and strategic decisions are informed by accurate analysis and robust modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the financial impact of management proposals and provide supporting data to enable informed decision-making through business case development.
- Assess MTNN Value Propositions and Products & Services to provide insights on performance for strategic review.
- Integrate business rules into financial models for effective evaluation of products including data, digital services, devices, and bundles.
- Recommend alternative financial scenarios to achieve optimal return on investment and mitigate risk.
- Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence research and performance monitoring from multiple data sources.
- Prepare pricing and proposition documents for management approval according to established processes.
- Supervise the Tariff Administrator to ensure rates are accurately implemented on rating systems as approved.
- Monitor compliance with MTNN tariff strategy, ensuring all rates are documented and implemented correctly.
- Benchmark competitors and international operators’ tariff regimes and provide actionable recommendations to the business.
- Collaborate closely with Product & Services, Business, and Consumer Divisions to maintain continuous financial oversight throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from new product evaluation and implementation to ongoing assessment.
- Support the creation and application of appropriate financial metrics for business case analysis and continual product evaluation.
Education Requirements
- First degree in a related discipline.
- Fluent in English.
Experience and Competencies
- 3–7 years of experience in financial management, product evaluation, or related roles.
- Experience working in a medium-sized organization.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, data mining, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to assess business performance and provide actionable financial insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple business units.
