Job Description
Responsibilities:

Drive the expansion of the Flash brand in your designated area by managing all sales channels assigned to the sales team.

Boost the sales of Flash devices and services, contributing to overall turnover growth in the region.

Increase the acquisition base and turnover by ensuring high adoption rates when placing Flash devices in stores.

Provide consistent training on all Flash products at store locations during every visit.

Manage the Flash SIM card business within your area, ensuring proper merchandising of SIM stock.
-
Cultivate strong relationships and ensure a 90% completion rate for Red Flag calls to reduce churn.
-
Support the Kiosk Environment in line with established structures, maintaining key relationships with all Kiosk stakeholders in your region.

Map and geo-locate your trader database to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

2 to 3 years of sales or field operation experience
-
Grade 12
-
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English

Fully computer literate (Teams and Excel)

Valid driver’s license
