Job Description
Pepkor is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Area Growth Manager to accelerate the expansion of the Flash footprint within the assigned region. The role is focused on increasing device sales, driving adoption across multiple sales channels, and delivering sustainable growth in turnover while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Expand the Flash footprint across all allocated sales channels within the region
- Drive growth in Flash device sales to increase overall regional turnover
- Grow the acquiring base by ensuring high device adoption rates during placements
- Achieve targeted growth across all devices and payment channels in line with strategic objectives
- Deliver in-store training on Flash products during each visit to ensure product knowledge and usage
- Build and manage strong relationships, ensuring at least 90% Red Flag call completion to reduce churn
- Support and maintain the kiosk environment in line with established operational standards
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all kiosk stakeholders in the region
- Maintain accurate trader databases through mapping and geo-location activities
- Provide consistent feedback and detailed reporting on sales performance and operational activities
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales or field operations
- Grade 12 qualification
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Teams and Excel
- Valid driver’s license
