Job Purpose

The Armed Response Supervisor Klerksdorp is responsible for managing the effective deployment of armed response vehicles, supporting alarm activations, and ensuring the smooth operational performance of each assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the deployment of armed response vehicles during shifts

• Support and assist armed response officers with alarm activations when required

• Ensure effective shift operations and adherence to response procedures

• Monitor operational readiness of response personnel and vehicles

• Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards

• Maintain discipline, performance standards, and operational efficiency

• Report incidents, operational challenges, and shift outcomes to management

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Valid driver’s licence with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience

• Valid firearm competency for business purposes

• PSIRA registered Grade B with armed response

• Clear criminal record
